SHIPPING POLICY
We ship using FEDEX or USPS depending on delivery area. For ground shipping please allow 4-7 business days within the continental U.S. When working with bridal jewelry we prefer overnight or two-day delivery options and always require a signature at the delivery destination. Please rest assured all items we ship are fully insured.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within the continental U.S. and Canada. We are happy to ship internationally. Please inquire via email to hello@sierramoongoldsmiths.com prior to purchase to find out shipping details and if we ship to your country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you are happy with your choice of work. However, in case you would like a return, Sierra Moon does not give refunds. We do however accept exchanges or store credit within 15 days of purchase in store; or 15 days of receipt of goods for purchases made via our online store. Store credit will be valid for one year. There must be no sign of wear or incorrect treatment, otherwise Sierra Moon has the right to refuse exchanges for store credit.
Why?
We want to bring you work that’s exciting, fresh and limited edition. Our limited-edition inventory rotates quickly. Oftentimes, when you purchase an artist or designer made piece from us, it is either one of a kind or a limited batch in stock. We rarely order the same product more than once to keep our inventory fresh and to introduce new and amazing artists to you.
What about Custom Pieces?
All custom design is Final Sale. Custom work is created with your specific vision in mind. Throughout the design process you are given several points of edits and approvals. Because custom pieces are created just for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
How do I ship my order back to you?
In the event you need to return your item to us:
Please use original box, all packaging, must be unworn, and use the return shipping label provided. Please return item within 15 days of purchase date. If there are any signs of wear on the item we will be unable to refund you.
CAN MY PURCHASED RING BE RESIZED?
Yes! We offer ring sizing for $50.00 with your purchase, please allow up to ten days for it be completed before your ring is ready to pick up or ship. We can resize a ring to (almost) any size! Email Design@SierraMoonGoldsmiths.com with any sizing questions.
What about resizing an existing ring?
Yes we can resize almost any ring to fit you. Cost will vary depending on the metal and how many sizes we will be going up or down. Please schedule an appointment with one of our team members and we can give you a quote.
What if I don't know my ring size?
If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler. An online option you can also try is this website.

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY FOR SIERRA MOON SIGNATURE, FINE JEWELRY, OR CUSTOM DESIGN?
Gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against loss, chips, wear, and tear. All diamonds and gemstones can be scratched or chipped. We do not guarantee our stones against this kind of damage, as that is out of our control.
It is recommended that you have your item insured through a private insurance company to cover any loss, theft, wear, and tear or damage. We recommend Jewelers Mutual Insurance. Sierra Moon is never responsible for items that display signs of undue damage or wear tear.
To get insurance you often need an appraisal, we are happy to facilitate this, it costs $120 and takes about two weeks. Please let us know prior to pick-up or shipping if you would like our help with an appraisal. Please remember all fine jewelry should be well taken care of and treated with the utmost care.
HOW ARE YOUR DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES SELECTED?
For every custom design the client comes first! Our Designers hand select each stone with the wearer in mind. This ensures that each one meets her impeccable standard of color, clarity, and all around brilliance to deliver an heirloom quality piece.
Will you work with my diamond?
At Sierra Moon we are always happy to work with family heirloom diamonds. Heirloom pieces are a beautiful way to honor your family history and is a great sustainable alternative.
WHAT ARE LAB DIAMONDS?
Lab diamonds are created and not mined from the earth. This means Lab diamonds are always conflict free and leave the earth beautiful. Creating a diamond in a lab requires high tech equipment capable of recreating the high-temperature and high pressure needed to reproduce the conditions in the earth's crust. The result is the same carbon structure of a diamond and every bit as magical as the ones created naturally. Only a gemologist can tell the difference between a natual diamond and a lab diamond.
Do you source lab diamonds?
Yes! We have wonderful US suppliers of lab grown diamonds. These are also fantastic alternatives for those who are eco conscious.
